Your audio stays in the EU

Transcription involves personal data by nature. Here is how we handle it, in plain language.

  • Storage and processing on EU servers (region configurable per deployment)
  • TLS in transit, encryption at rest
  • Delete files manually or automatically after 1, 7, 30 or 90 days
  • Data processing agreement for business customers
  • Your content is never used to train models
  • Sub-processors (transcription/LLM providers) listed in the privacy policy; choose an EU or self-hosted provider for maximum control

Frequently asked questions

Which file formats can I transcribe?

Audio: MP3, M4A, AAC, WAV, FLAC, OGG, Opus, WMA, AIFF. Video: MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV, AVI, MPEG. You can also paste a YouTube or direct media link.

How accurate is the transcription?

It depends on audio quality, language and the provider you choose. Clear speech in a major European language usually needs only light proofreading; noisy rooms, heavy accents and overlapping speakers need more. Custom vocabulary and the editor make fixing names fast.

Where is my data processed?

Files and transcripts are stored and processed on servers in the EU. You can delete a file at any time or set automatic deletion. We never use your content to train models.
